Mediterannian Diet:
"- high consumption of fruits, vegetables, bread and other cereals, potatoes, beans, nuts and seeds

- olive oil is an important monounsaturated fat source

- dairy products, fish and poultry are consumed in low to
moderate amounts, and little red meat is eaten

- eggs are consumed zero to four times a week

- wine is consumed in low to moderate amounts "

Saying to eat veggies is good, but without giving bounds to your entire diet, it's not worth very much.

My favortie Vitamins are the ones by Olay -- they're easy to manage what you need to take, and their Vitamin E pill is amazing, and has more types of Vitamin E than most.

Vitamins E,C, and A are big antioxidants. Make sure that you eat plenty of raw Spinach (replace lettuce entirely). Have a grapefruit with loads of sugar every once in a while. Also, eat lots of grapes -- they have all the B-Vitamins in them, which help alot!
