Well those other answers are great. What worked for me was using some apple cider vinegar pills. They helped speed up my metabolism. I got the pills at my local Walgreens. They cost about $10. I love them. I lose about 2 pounds a week. I don't do a lot of excercise either. I stretch everyday and run once in a while. They worked for me. If you do try them I hope they work for you.

workout thats what everybody does Dah!

Exercise and watch the calories which includes the carbs.

Sex burns around 360 calories. Might wanna try that, and your boyfriend/husband might enjoy that also.

walk walk walk its something you can do with the baby and doesn't cost a dime!

Begin walking 15 minutes per day, every 4 days increase that to and extra 15 until you are walking one hour per day. In addition, eat only 1500 cals per day. The weight will drop. For serious dieters, eat oatmeal for breakfeast, have two peanut and butter and jelly sandwitches for lunch and a large can of fruit at night and eat veggies and nuts as a snack. Tuna can be substituted for the peanut butter and jam. Use only real oat bread. Keep the cals around 1400. You will loose, trust me. Your ideal calorie consumption after the weight is dropped is as follows: take your ideal weight, multiply it by 11, and that is the amount of calories you will need to maintain the idea.

Have seen this work as I am a nurse.

Take baby for walks every day. I am not sure where you live, but here it's starting to warm up.

You can also work out on the floor with your baby while playing, lay on your tummy and lift your feet & shoulders, hold the baby on your legs and lift them- have fun!

Continuing to nurse if you are may help too.

Okay so this is probably not great advice but if you let your doctor know that you are unhappy with your weight and would like a little help getting some pounds off they can prescribe you a pill. The ones you get from the doctor have a stronger dose in them (which is why you can't buy them over the counter), just use that as a last resort though, it's always better not to take weight loss pills if you can avoid it. Good Luck

I don't know how many times I"ve answered this question and it's always the same answer no matter if you have 10 pounds or 100 pounds or more to lose. Diet and exercise is the ONLY way. You have to expend more calories than you comsume. If you are breastfeeding, you are in luck as breastfeeding mothers tend to lose weight quicker than those who don't, BUT I advise you to talk to your OB/GYN before you start any diet as you don't want to compromise your babies nutritional needs. Good luck and Congratulations!!
