18male 6'3'' 225lbs already lost 20lbs how to lose More any good diets/wrkot plans, wil my current pace work?

I'm still overweight I think,, and I'd like to lose at least 20 more pounds so I can at least feel comfortable with my shirt off. anyways nowadays I Jog about a mile and a half about Everyday and I keep staying away from pop&pasta
But in the last 2 weeks my weight keeps varring from 219 to 227 on and off. I still eat alot at times and Today I ran the 1 1/2 mile But I ate 3/4 of a loaf of French bread 3 handfulls of Chips, 4 cookies and about 11 little hershey minuatures, plus a Microvavable chicken Breast. plus a bunch of propelH2O
I don't think this would constitute as a hlthy Diet Is there any diet that willFillMe up so I don't eat as much as that??
And IfI just increase the length of my run How long until I get under 200lbs? Will I continue to lose weight at this rate?

Firstly, contacting a dietitian could be quite beneficial. They can order tests to see if you have any metabolism problems, and they can work with you to come up with a diet and exercise plan that will work for you. One big thing that could help, is to just not buy cookies, potato chips, candy, and other junk foods. If it's not in the house, you can't eat it. Another is to eat food higher in protein. Eat more meats, and fewer breads. In the morning, eat a larger meal, with the other meals smaller, and small snacks in between like fruit, nuts, or yogurt.
You could also keep a food diary. I know it sounds dorky, but sometimes if you write down everything you eat, it makes you more conscious about what all you're putting into your body. That includes any liquid that has calories.
Try to stay away from store-bought protein bars. They look like they would be good for you, but if you read the label on the back, most of them have plenty of protein yes, but they also have just as much sugar and carbohydrates as a candy bar.
Don't completely rule out carbs though. Most people go on a diet and think "meat good, bread bad" which is not true. The problem is eating too much bread in excess. Eating too much of anything makes you gain weight.
Again, I highly emphasize seeing a doctor and dietitian before going on a long weight-loss regimen.

I've been on the South Beach diet for 1 week so far and lost 5 pounds. Basically you cut out all the bad fats and eat healthy tuna, cottage cheese, lowfat or nonfat of course, veggies, grilled chicken, sugar free jello, anything basically no sugar, low carb(less than 3grams) the first two weeks. Then after 2 weeks you can add whole grains, fruit, yogurt..It is a way of living and eating There is the South Beach book you could get or look into the website.I'll tell you I have alot of energy and I'm not hungry. Also drink lots of water important..good luck
First off, I don't think your weight and hieght are out of whack :-) Sounds pretty normal to me!
If you do want to shed those last 20, kill the chips and the candy bars. The 3/4 loaf of French bread probably gave you almost all your fat grams for the day! Microwave chicken is generally higher in fat because they have to treat it (so to speak) for preservation.
Cook fresh chicken, eat more veggies. You never mentioned any grains in your diet. These are much better for you than filling up on French bread :-)
Just try to watch your fat and calorie intake. It sounds like you are excercising enough. Try not to get obsessive. Guys can develop eating disorders too.
