Does anyone know of a pill or medicine that helps you to lose weight?

I have a weihgt problem, I excercise a lot but I am not loosing any pound and if I do, it is not much, my metabolism is very slow and I wish there was some kind of medicine that could help me to lose some weight.. I am not FAT just big bone, the extra weight makes me look biger!! plus I am a tall lady, PLEASE HELP!

You say you are not fat but having big bones and say you are tall. That means that extra weight is due to your bones. Better do not take medicines to reduce weight. Since they will have side effects which may at times dangerous and when you stop them you may regain your weight. Dieting and exercise are the best to reduce weight. If it is due to bones do not try to reduce the weight. Go ahead normally.

Seriously though, I don't vouch for its success, but Anna Nicole sure lost a bunch of weight! I'd be wary of pills as a way to lose weight because look at what happened w/ephedra and that whole fiasco.

gd ol' exercise and eating in moderation never seems to fail (if u r consistent).

I'd really suggest talking to a doctor before getting into that. Exercise is a good way to lose weight, particualrly if you use cardiovascular exercises. One thing to remember about supplements is that they are not meant to substitute for a regular exercise program or a healthy diet. Your doctor might be able to suggest ways of safely losing the weight without endangering your health.

just go on the adkins diet. all it does is cut the carbs out of your meals. you can eat all the bacon, eggs. and sausage you can handle and lose weight

There are pills but they are not good for you! To speed up your metabolism, all you need to do is eat more frequently at smaller portions with the right balance of nutrients..eating every couple of hours speeds the metabolism up! Also, it might take several weeks to see the scales go down, but even if it takes a while, use your clothing as an example.a lot of times, one will keep on water weight and not see a number change on the scale but will see a change in how clothes fit! The worst thing that you can do(and it wrecks many diets) is to obsess about the scale.try to weigh only one time per week!

there are some but they are not the safest of pills to take, find a miracle cure email me ,im a larger lady to but that just means there is more of me to love, no complaints so far apart from myself, try to be content with yourself and a well planned diet will help take 2-3 lbs of a week. i do try it myself some times but i just love chocolate

just eat a toss salad for your last meal of the day each day and put lemon juice on it
