Answers:
Ginko is a myth and NOT approved by the FDA for adults and especially not children. You need to see your daughters MD and see if there is an underlying cause to this. Do not just assume that she has a poor memory.

Ginko

Ginko Biloba. You can find it in any supermarket or drug store. It's a natural memory enhancer.

First, have a professional determine whether the memory issue is behavioral or medical in its basis. Then do what you can based on knowlege gained.

broccoli helps with it i swear

medical studies show that chewing gum helps your brain retain info also drinking one glass of grape juice a day also helps

well i do not know of any drugs that will help however there are plenty of exercises for the brain that will help improve her memory. Flash cards for one. Do you remember the old game memory? If not i really showed my age haha. Anyways there are things you can do to work w her. Be patient and make it fun for her. Reward her when she remembers things. They do not have to be big rewards but as long as they make her happy then it will encourage her memory to streanthen. The reward system can work wonders

None ..you shouldnt try medicating her until you find out if she has a serious medical condition. Take her to a pediatrician for a complete work up.

well you MUST tell your daughters dr all the things wrong with her, the littlest things like she fidgets around when shes sitting, you must be real observent, make sure shes excersising and getting sun, good breakfast, falling asleep at the same time every night just get her on a good schedule

I do not know of any vitamins, but I know there are memory games and tricks to learn that can help her memory.
1. you can play the memory game with a deck of cards.
2. you can have her try chunking information together, what you do is give her a list of numbers and space them out, like credit card numbers, and have her learn four numbers at a time, soon she can recite all the numbers.
3. have her repeat things in her head over and over until she gets it.
4. I know that fish like salmon and cod are suppossedly good for boosting your memory.
Lastly if none of these help her then maybe a visit to a doctor will. I am sure since she is a young child she is fine, I remember when I was that age I could hardly pay attention to anything.

I had to write a memory boosting essay for psychology last year.

I would really recommend taking her to a pediatrician or your family doctor for evaluation because a lot of things can trigger poor memory.

Besides, natural remedies are not always safe "all natural" does not mean anything there are many herbs out there that can be harmful especially to a child who's body is not yet fully developed. You might want to also ask your doctor about the kinds of vitamins you can safely give her.

We all need Omega-3 fatty acids in our diet--helps with circulation, memory, ADD, arthritis, lots of other conditions.

I HIGHLY recommend a particular vitamin and mineral supplement. If you send me an email (jstmother) at yahoo I will point you at how to get it.

I have heard great results from many parents regarding this vitamin supplement. It is designed to provide good blood chemistry, leading to good cellular chemistry throughout the body.
