Go to sparkpeople.com and look through the site. There are exercises listed that will work on your whole body. They even show the motions to do the exercise. I am a member of this site, and highly recommend it to anyone wishing to lose weight, gain muscle, eat healthy and talk to others who are going through similar struggles. It's my understanding, though, that you can't really target any one particular body part. When you exercise, not just one part of your body is involved. Exercise is meant to strenghten your body, raise your metabolism and give you more stamina, plus burning extra calories that your body doesn't need. When you exercise, your body will decide which areas lose inches, not the specific exercise. That's why some people get upset because they lose weight in areas that they don't need it as much. Just exercise your whole body, working all the muscle groups that you can. Your body will decide which areas lose, bulk up, and even out. In the long run, when you reach your goal, it will all be good. And remember to drink lots of water before, during and after your workouts. Check out sparkpeople. com to find out why. There are also meal plans and a whole lot of other things to help you on your way to a healthier you. <*)))><
