How can i get a six packs?

I am a teenage female. about 161cm tall. Would like to know how to get six packs in one to two months. Exercises that will help females like me.

work your abs and don't eat a lot of junk food. do something like 100 crunches (not quite sit ups) every night and you'll be AMAZED at the results. once that gets easier, increase the number. you could start at 50 if 100 is too hard. good luck!

Sit-ups, crunches, oblique crunches.any exercise that works the abdominal muscles. The more you do, the closer you get to "six pack," but why do you care?

I have one, and the way I got it was doing situps and running, plus putting weights one your stomach while doing situps..

Do crunches & sits-up about 1 hour a day every day for a week and add on 2 sets every 2 weeks for a month or 2
