your body is starving and you need to eat.if you don't you'll probably end up in the hospital

Maybe you need to eat more!!

probably caused blood sugar deficiency. i'm not a doctor though. you really may want to get tested.

Whats wrong is that 2 or 3 weeks ago you starved yourself. There appears to be something wrong, see a doctor.

Are you drinking enough water? If you want to lose weight, you have to eat right and exercise. They go hand in hand. Being healthy is more important than being skinny. Good luck.

Contact your doctor

your body was literally starving itself and taking things that it needed to survive away. it might just get so worried that it will happen again so it goes into that mode of being freaked out. idk just remember that starving yourself is not the way to loose weight, join a gym, not only will u lose weight you will feel much better about it b.c its healthier ovbiously. you will be fine over time just stay strong! :-)

because you starved yourself (you TWIT!) you now have to suffer the consequences, WELL DONE! pat on the back for you! firstly, DONT EVER STARVE YOURSELF, you can only lose weight by eating healthily, exercising and drinking water. Your feeling shakey because your body became immune to your lack of food intake so now you gotta keep eating so you can go back to normal , drink lots of water and fruit. piece of advice, dont be stupid and starve youreself again or you could get bulimia, anorexia

Number one eat. By not eating your body goes into starvation, and saves everything you consume so you'll actually gain weight in the long run. If you want to lose try Weight Watchers it works. The shakiness and lightheaded, is either one anxiety or your still not eatng enough of the right things. Make sure your consuming enough natural sugars (fruit).

Don't panic, everything will and actually is alright. This can be caused because of your anxiousness.
Don't forget to drink lots of water and also consume more vegetables and fruits. While Vitamin pills are good for you, it's always wise to have some "fresh" ones.

Good Luck to you :)

You need to eat regularly, and when you do, eat foods that are healthy for you. Make sure you are getting the vitamins and minerals your body needs. If you want to loose weight, start and exercise routine.

Probably ur body is eating ur muscles. Remember, your body needs to eat some nutrients out of food!! If you dont provide food for your body, your body will eat your muscles!! believe me!! eat some meat you need lots of muscles baby

you need help! go back to doctors! you need to eat regularly or you will kill yourself. life is to good and too short to be putting yourself through this. get some help.

You are experiencing dehydration.
This is not the way to diet. who the hell told you to diet like this,
In diet you will eat food but which is low fat, low carbs

and have to take lots of water to prevent dehydration.
Don't do it again

ask any specialist for diet programm

It sounds to me as though the gaps between your meals are too long. It also sounds as though your meals contain too few calories and the balance might be wrong. If your meals are primarily protein and vegetables/fruit, you need to introduce a small amount of complex carbohydrates too as these give you energy.

I suspect your panic is about food - you are frightened you are going to gain weight. You should not worry about this too much - just focus on getting the balance of your meals correct and portion control.

If I were you I would go to the doctor and ask for blood tests to rule out a disorder, such as hyperthroidism, which can cause these symptoms. If you are taking drugs to speed weightloss/speed up your metabolism, stop taking them immediately. There is evidence to suggest a link between these drugs and metabolic disorders.

If your doctor rules out anything sinister, I would go to a dietician and learn to eat in a way that will get you to your optimum weight and keep you there.

You must get an opinion from a doctor, and consider a psychologist. About the panic attacks and the fact that you starved your self to death in the first place. You 've been through a lot after all. I wish you best of luck :)

I was ill during my pregnancy and lost all appetite. I tried to eat, but found I just didn't seem to have any room in my stomach. I saw specialists who informed me that if you don't eat or eat little, your stomach will shrink, hence the fact I was full-up with only eating a small amount. You need to train yourself all over again. Eat small amounts but as often as you can and eventually you'll get there. I did.
