Well, you have three holes. Your urine hole (bladder) is too small for a tampon to go into. And trust me, if you were putting it in your azz, you would know!
There is only one opening the tampon will be allowed in .its the second hole just before your butt hole..you cant miss just relax and look at the pictures in the tampon box!

It's the middle one. Your urethra is the front one and is very small; you wouldn't have any success putting a tampon in there. Your anus should be very readily recognizable and is the back one. That only leaves your vagina. If you have never looked at yourself in a mirror, you should do so just so you have a clue about how your body works.
There is only one hole that will let the tampon go in. It is right below where your pee comes out. When you are on your period try inserting a tampon. That will make it easier to find the hole. There is no way that you can insert it in any other hole.
