What is a good 3 or 4 day weight training workout?

cardio every second day. weight train with weights every other day. do the large muscles first, bench press, squats and rows, then do the small parts towards the end of the week, biceps, triceps, abs. DIET! High protein, medium whole weat carbs, fruits and vegggies, and zero fat.
