my mother is 150 and 65 kg .. she still fun .. okay why not try diet program .. eat bread in the morning .. rice for your lunch .. fruit for your dinner .. do some exercise .. no snack anymore ..

You aren't actually that big for your height - it would be beneficial to lose a bit of weight though. If you're open to it, try seeing an acupuncturist for the breathing issue. As for weightloss, eat healthy and drink lots of water and you still might lose some.
well quite smoking, burn calories yeah key word there calories, that means drink WATER all day every day and nothing else, and eat three small equal meals A day and thats it, if you want a snack then eat fruit. After that try and run a little bait at a time.

this breathing problem can be caused due to :
1. eating lots of junk food or oily foods
2. lack of exercise
solution: avoid fatty or oily foods and exercise daily
eat wisely exercise more and try taking some breathing exercises
Just do some excersise like jogging round the block four times everday and eat healthy.
