I want to go on a Water Diet how would that work, how many days would i have to do it, and does it work?

I don't recommend water diets because I think they disrupt your blood sugar levels and create a "feast and famine" response in your body.
Instead, I would suggest, to start, that you up your exercise level. No matter how much you diet (unless you seriously starve yourself) you won't have lasting weight loss without exercise.
Second, I would suggest that you just eat smaller and smaller portions but eat, maybe 4-6 times a day. That way you keep your blood sugar much steadier.
A water fast will help you lose weight but it will also help you pack it right back on after your finish your fast.

I would think a water diet is just called fasting. You would lose some weight, but then when you start to eat again, you'll just gain it back.

TRY THE LOST DIET STEP ONE: GET LOST IN WILDERNESS STEP 2: DIET!
Eat more protein/fiber and lots of colorful fruits/veggies. Drink at least 8 eight-ounces of water a day and exercise. Just water will make you crave food.
If you add this to your meal plan it will help you to loose weight faster. It worked very well for me and everyone i know whose tried it. It is also much safer than a water diet which is a bad idea cause you will gain all the weight back the second you eat. This keeps it off.
