Why did I just smoke marijuana?


Question:
I have been smoking every once in a while, mostly with myself, for about six months. I could probably count how many times I've been high on my fingers and toes, but just ten minutes ago, I smoked a spliff in the bathroom, half of one, actually, soas not to get fucked up. Turns out I'm a lightweight and now I'm partially to fully high. It's not a ridiculous high like messed up or unable to operate machinery or anything, I'm just walking around weird.

Why did I do this? It's been two weeks since I last have and I swore not to do it again. I think it might have just been because I was bored and I wanted to get things out of the way, but instead, now I just feel guilty and crap. Ugh.

To be honest it's easier to do stuff than not to. I used to drink 20+ beers a day just beacause it was easier. The only real way to stop is when stopping is easier than carrying on. Work out why smoking is difficult and how stopping is easy and logically you will be able to stop much more easily.

So just don't do it anymore. Marijuana isn't addictive in the sense that your body gets addicted to it like cigarettes. Find something else to fill your time - stay active and busy and you won't want to smoke so much. Besides - it's bad for you!

Then don't do it again. It makes you ask run-on questions like the one you just asked. And people can tell when you're high even though you think they can't. (And watch out for those purple snakes that are following you around.)

Don't feel guilty, cope and give away the rest of your supply. Find an activity you can go do whenever you want to smoke. like drink a glass of water or go for a walk. It will definitely remind you of how often and how strong your compulsion is.

Probably the same reason I'm going to smoke a joint soon- to get high.

dope game is dangerous but for me marry is not harmful cuz thats no chemical,well ill be honest i smoke marry as well but did never try chemic. and i wont so just don fell anxious and if u r a starter just quit smokin weedo

people do smoke marijuana some times to block out day to day problems ,but in the end they find out it doesnt help it just makes things worse.Example paranoia ,make you worry more .as for smoking its the nicoteen in the spliff that makes it more addictive ,and you crave more ..they say you get a craving every 3 minutes

when you get a craving get up do something to take your mind off smoking ,because if you dont it becomes a vicious circle .

I smoke a lot. Youre bound to have a freak out eventually. Thats hat it sounds like to me. Since youve taken a break from smoking there a chance that you can jump back up on the "high" horse and youll feel fine. But if you feel better as a person not smoking then dont smoke anymore.

And up in smoke went your brain cell!!

I don't know what it's like to smoke or anything, but I know it kills u. Just think of this : IF I SMOKE ONE MORE TIME I WILL DIE IN THREE DAYS. Push yourself to believe it and then soon you won't be doing it any more. Gl
