no you get those things on ur next groiders? grr i duno how to spell it sorry

Well, at least without adding salt to any foods. It becomes more and more necessary the older you get. I gave up adding salt to my food some time ago, and found it did not take long to get over the difference in taste. Cold turkey is the only way, though; you have to retrain those taste buds to accept the difference.

yeah, except meat meals. Soy sauce is much better

yeah, try alternative to it. soy sauce, fish sauce

ya, you need salt to live.

Actually Na+ is the element sodium which is salt. It is one of the main ingredients in each and every cell in our body. But let it be known that if we never put extra salt on any food ever again till the dawn of time, we would still more than TRIPlE our daily intake..So yes, we need salt..No we never need to add salt to any food EVER.

You need sodium for your cells to function normally but there is so much salt in foods that you can go with out purposely putting it on your foods. Personally I only add it to potatoes and popcorn.

Not at all, Salt has been a sacred thing so long.
