Starting your period or going off birth control can make you less than regular, and some people are never quite regular and have to go ON birth control to get that way. most females have a 28 day cycle but not all of us if you do you should start around the 4th and so long as you didnt have unprotected sex between the 19-21 you should be ok there too lol again thats on a 28 day cycle if your 30 or 29 or whatever than it would be 30 days from the first day of your last start marking a calander it will help you know your cycle
