Between 10 p.m. to 12 in night.

Other Answers:
9pm

When you are sleepy.

Now.

about 8:30-9 you should be out. But i run on 4 hours sometimes with a can of monster.

That depends on how much sleep you require. most people can function on 8 hours of sleep,so 8 or 8:30 should do the trick.

maybe you should ask your mommy , or better yet ,,,,just experiment?? ring a bell

If your still online, then its hardly worth it!
If you planned it properly then I would recommend 8:30 pm and read for 30 minutes.

So 4:30 (a.m.?) I would sleep around 9 to 10.Though it really depends on your body, mental and physical power. People/adults usually need about 8-9 hours maximum for sleep and full function the next day. (It's healthy, too^^)

Nine at the latest.

Depends on how much sleep you need. I get up at that time also, so I go to bed at 10pm. I find it hard to go to bed any earlier than that 9especially in the summer), unless I am extremely tired. Yes, I am sleep deprived, but you learn to adjust.

i would go to bed at like 7:45 or something like that. iunno i have to get a lot of sleep or my day will be all thrown off. i go to bed at 9 and i wake up at 6 or 7! but make sure you always get at least 8 hours of sleep every night!

An average male is supposed to get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep a night. So if you have to get up early then you show give yourself enough time to get adequate rest. If not you will be tired all the time, feel lazy, and have a hard time getting motivated to do anything because your body is trying to recover from the lack of rest. Caffine and other stimulants are not a practical substitution for rest. They may give you a pick up of energy but they eventually wear off and you just feel worse later.
8-10 hours is enough sleep for you to recharge your energy level and relax from the stress put on you body from the previous day's events.
Getting less sleep than the recommended amount can lead to problems down the road. So maintain you rest time as well as you can.

about 9:00.
