Me personally? NO. I like them clean and healthy. Holes in them can allow bacteria in and cause an infection. If YOU have pierced nip's, and are a female, then you need to understand the desires of intimacy. Having your nip's played with or sucked upon by your lover will be something you will want. Piercings may inhibit that part of your life. If you're male, what's the need?
In short, my opinion is that it should not be done. But keep in mind this is just an opinion. My opinion.

I think it is dumb. Mutilate yourself in a place most people wont even see. Why do people mutilate themselves like that. Yesterday at the supermarket our bag packer had so many piercing in her face that she looked awful. definitely overdone. both ears, lips, nose, eyebrows, she had a big safety pin going through her ears in two spots.
