Women what is the best thing for cramps? Anything for swingmoods?

Question:
I'm 25 and I cant stand these cramps. Swingmoods are horrible.

Answers:
I went to my doctor for this because I had a really serious problem.starting a few days before my period is due I start taking a couple of ibuprofen twice a day, then during my period I take them 3 times a day.it lightens my flow and helps with cramps.regular exercise is also helpful.

chocolate!! always works for me!! other wise i would just take ibuprophen, because its an anti inflammitory

i'm pregnant and i'm having the WORST mood swings ever. the best thing i do is take a nap if i can or i drink hot tea. that way i will sit there and calm down. or call a good friend and let them listen.

Exercise works well, as do relaxation techniques such as yoga. Honestly, sex helps me a lot (if you're willing to try - some women hate it while menstruating - others love it). Another natural way to try to fight cramps and hormonal mood swings is to eat a low fat (even vegetarian or vegan - if you're willing) diet during that time of the month. There's something about eating a lot of fat stimulating estrogen production, I think. I personally try to avoid any pills or anything artificial.

I would say Midol It works for me

Hot milk and a dash of pepper.
