Does anyone have a bunyan?

Question: I think that's how it's spelled. I have one and i read somewhere there's something u can put in ur shoe to help slow it down. U also have to have surgery. Does the surgery hurt? How long does it take to recover from surgery?

Bunion. Yes i had one and had surgery for it. I was in a cast for 6-8 weeks, but its fine now. You can go to a foot Dr. and get shoe inserts (orthotics) and that can help relieve the pain until you can have the surgery, Good shoes are important too.
