Where can I find a baby contest dress??

Question: I am looking for a dress suitable for an outdoor small town baby contest. I need it in toddler size. I don't want a big fancy pageant dress, but I want something that stands out more than a Sunday dress as well. I have searched the internet, does anyone know any good websites??

Go to one of those stores that specializes in kid's formal clothes such as christening outfits. Those stores are always filled with frilly, pretty little kid dresses.
