you have to give us more information. find someone to talk to, someone who will listen without adding examples or stories from their life.
get pad and paper or use computer and do an inventory of your life (sounds corney I know) what you want realistically and where you are and where you want to be. things you want to change, just get it all off your chest. hope things get better and you feel better
