when i was in my secondary school i was 98kg.now its all ready 21/2 years after i live the school now my weight is only 78kg.it is not simple matter for any one to reduce their body weight without any struggle if compare with put on the weight.i would like to advice you that if you really want to reduce in first of all you must understand the concept of food. you must eat three times a day more than that no but i encourage you to eat a lot of fruits at any time no problem. The meal or food that you choose must be less of carbohydrate , sugar,fat and some heavy protein like meat or beef.in the morning yes of course the doctors advice us to eat almost full,yes indeed but don go and eat nasi lemak or roti canai with high condenser milk teh tarik.try to eat wholemeal bread at morning with cholesterol free butter with a cup of milk or Milo and some fruit (prefered banana 1 or 2 pic). when time to lunch reduce the intake of rice and meat including egg's yolk, add more varieties of vegetables and try to reduce the intake of high sugar and carbonate water(prefered fruits or vegetable juice).now at night eat before 8pm,the only thing that i will prefe is wholemeal bread (chapati or tosai) with some other dishes no rice with milk, if you want fruit also can.but it is depends on your body strenght if you can not means try to eat something little bit heavier but in minimum quantity, rice can but not too much. drink a lot of plain or warm water as a benchmark always drink two 1.5litres meneral botles of water.another think you must do exercise everyday or atleast 4 time a week for 1 to 2 hours you can practise any kind of exercisies but not exercise your fingers only by sitting in front of pc.you must sweat very well. it's look hard but if you continue do it for a month you can see reduction on your weight by 2kg,you can reduce 1.5kg to 2kg consercatively.try baby
