losing wieght is hard because you have to really want to and you have to stay focused. I would lose wieght by doing routine workouts such as running in the morning, doing push-ups, or even sit-ups but running really helps, but if you really want to lose wieght you will have to stay at it and dont give up.

I agree that it may not be safe to lose that amount of weight in one month. However, for long term effects I would suggest aerobic exercise which would increase your metabolism and shed pounds.
excercise daily and cut back on all fatty foods.
its not safe to loose that much weight that quickly. you should try for 2-3 puunds a week with sensible diet and exercise. yoga is very effective. good luck!

to lose it in one month, you would have to starve yourself. or cut off your head. it's safer and more reliable (by reliable i mean the weight will stay off) to lose it in a larger span of time. eat healthy, and excercise. dont eat fast food, but eat fruits and veggies.
Im a personal trainer, and I can tell you there are countless ways to lose 20 lbs. But that would put you at 100 lbs. So I have to reply first with another question.
