find a beauty supply store and purchase the lightest shade of blonde (or white) that you can find. Use a level 40 pure white developer (or higher, if they have it, but I don't remember ever seeing above 40)
peroxide-bleach can burn your hair. You don't want to put bleach near your face.
Your gonna need Bleach, not Peroxide to get it white. Go to a beauty supply and they will tell you what you need.but remember, if your hair is dark you may never get it pure white.

You can go to a salon or get a lightning kit from store.I depends on color of your hair how long it will take to become lightned.I'd say if you want platnium hair use kit and toner .Then use a champenge blonde color by nutriese over it so you wont end up with yellow colored hair.This will help tone down any orange or yellow tones.I have done this to my hair before and It turned out platnium blonde very pretty.
