Not sure what I am expierencing: Symptoms below:?

Question:

I am hearing this strange noise in my head. (nonot voices) It sounds simular to the sound a car makes when passing on the highway.

(you know that fast sound that vehicles make when they pass buy you quickly?)

I hear that sort of sound but very light for a split second. I am trying to reserch this on the net but am having no luck. Has anyone heard of or experienced this type of thing? The sound it like coming from inside my mind, that is the only way I know how to describe it. There is no pain associated with it although there is a feeling of my heat beating fast..

Its very weird.

its because im not in your life.. no no no.. i actually have had the same thing for years.. dont talk to a psychologist about it TRUST ME!! i have had it for years, best i could come up with is the way the fluid moves inside your ear

i remember hearing (no pun intended) something that when a hair cell in your ear dies or loses the connection with the nerve attached to it, that you will hear something like you described. i have that experience or sensation a few times a year.

Monika Lewinskeeze is probably right. The sensation can get worse so go to the doctor soon. I know someone who has Tinnitus so bad, he has lost his sense of balance and is having surgery that will leave him deaf. Has no choice because it is like a freight train going through his head. The salt thing is really important. You can nip it before it is too bad but you can’t reverse the damage. Hopefully the doctor has a simple explanation and everything is fine.

Research Tinnitus and Meniere's. Tinnitus is a ringing in the ears.
