ONly use water. Becuase soap and shampo have chemicals.
Turn it on its wrong side a wash it off.(LOL)
You shouldn't have to clean the inside. Your body takes care of that with a delicate balance of bacteria and acidic fluid. If you want to clean due to a smell or discharge go see a doctor.
Use water,it's the only thing that won't irritate vaginal tissue.
