Nightmares : how to avoid having them?

No answers needed : this is just my way of giving advice on the topic.
For me, sleeping on my back with no pillow almost always seems to bring 'em on.
A highish pillow blocks the buggers out. Try it, sufferers.

Eat more chocolate!

well, not to eat too much before u sleep
take sleepin pills u'll remember nothin when u wake up
don't sleep at all
what's the big deal about nitemares anyways consider it a scary movie. hehe

Avoid? Embrace them! You'll feel relieved in the morning.
