The best way is to not fall under the 'gotta lose 10 pounds in 2 days' mythology. Rapid weight loss is NOT healthy. You're better off NOT dieting too, by the way.

Only if you die & they drain your blood. Hardly seems worth it for 10 lbs.

Not healthy at all, you'll have to completely not eat and just drink water and multi vitamins and exercise to exauhstion, but I really would not recomend this at all.

Maybe it'd be best for your health in the long run to just make changes towards a healthy lifestyle, like the diabetic exchange diet and moderate exercise, then re-enlist at a later date. Your body doesn't forget the drastic things you do to it!
