go to a plastic surgeon
Strivectrin.
Expensive, but they say it works wonders.
Vitamin E oil. takes a while, but it is natural and permanent. it promotes your skins natural ability to heal.
Likewise, try herbs. Maintain a healthy diet, vitamins and minerals, protein, whatnot.
All you can really do is promote healing and hope that the scar dimishes as much as possible. A true 'scar' wont ever go away fully. The only alternative is plastic surgery to physically remove the damaged tissue.
Try 100% aloe vera. If that doesn't reduce it, there are some over the counter products that have salytic (sp?) acid, that are suppose to work really well.
It depends what kind of scar you want to remove.
For Hypertrophic scars (or raised scar with no abnormal redness or color)there are different methods.
1. Use silicone sheets- you must apply these for 12 hours or more everyday. They do not seem to work but people still use them.
2. Mederma- gel that you must massage for minutes into your raised scar. The massaging it self is good for smoothening scar, the gel itself however has little proff of effectiveness.
3. Laser resurfacing - this is a method that the result tends to vary from okay to very bad. It is expensive and usually doesn't work.
4. Steroid Inject - has proven to be effective after only one treatment. It's expensive but affordable (less than 500 dollars usually). More than one treatments may be required.
For Ice pick scars or rolling scars (holes in your face or just sinking in a wider area). The best thing to use is TCA Cross Method. This is a procedure that can cost you around 500 dollars but you can actually do this yourself(after a lot of researching)! Goto Ebay and search for it.

experience from scar obssession
1) Plastic surgery - expensive
2) Scar Solutions - one that I have used before and has been proven to be very effective are these sticker-like bandaids that are placed onto the scar. This only works with the scar is not flat. The scar will disappear. There are also some other ones for flat scars. There are many types. You can find tons!
3) The older you get, the more it will fade away. That is only if you have gotten the scar at an early age.

You could either have it removed by a plastic surgeon who will connect the tissue so that it does not scar again when healed. Or there is a technique called dermabrasion where your skin is literally sandpapered by a qualified professional. This causes layers of skin to be scraped away and in it's place new skin will form and no scar tissue would be seen.
Of course with this type of technique I personally would be looking for a well known clinic with references you can check!
actually, u cant remove the scars totally.. it needs time to heal, depends on how severe the scar was.. but u can lighten it by exfoliating and by using some lighten cream. check on over-the-counter product and maybe u myt find something that works but be sure it safe on u or u r not allergic to it. for instant covering, why not used concealer or make-up products for a moment?.
oh it's difficult to say. go to the surgeon
consult skin specialist
