Answers:
try thermal care patches and then if that doesnt work ask your mom to take you to your family doctor and he will tell your mom what you can do for your back

Other Answers:
Try hot packs from the store, they get real hot and cool for your back. Goes where you go. Eases aches and pains.

rest .lost of rest.not much a doctor can do .take your pills and rest.

go to a choirpractor

try salonpass.. it can cure backpain.. you can buy it in a pharmacy..

my dad goes to a massage dude. it really works. and get tons of rest

Use an "icy hot patch" or a heating pad. If that doesnt work try i chiropractor, or a heating pad.

ICE is the 1st thing u put on your back after injuring it. Use a frozen bag of peas or other vegetable, works really well, conforms to your back. Use this for the 1st 2 or 3 days. U DO NOT use heat until after using ice FIRST. If you are able, go to the chriropractor. They can really help you out. U MUST rest as much as possible. Hope this helps you out.

Girl you need to see a specialist and not follow advice found here. You did not identify what kind of pain you have or where it is located in your back. The cause could be something simple or just as easily something serious. Talk to your folks and convince them to have you examined by a professional. Good luck.

exercise more so it won't hurt when you actually do some!
it is just muscle fatigue it will go away in time, just try to relax when you can.

Yoga

You actually need to stretch it out. Try this - put your hands on the small of your back (above your butt) and lean into your hands -DON'T HOLD THIS POSITION- try doing this but if you feel pain -STOP-
Use a ice pack and asprin.
You can also use a heat pack but you should alternate with an icepack.
What you have done is over extended your back (slight sprain)
If the pain won't go away in a few days - seek medical attention

That sounds like a familiar experience that I had at your age. Have you ever been tested for sclerosis? It is a quick test that your school nurse should even be able to do. When was your last full examination by your primary physician? Are those unbarable pains sharp and on/off in the way that you would feel like you'd have to sit straight in a chair with a pillow behind you and not move to prevent painful feelings? I am just describing my past 5 degree sclerosis condition. Mine was mainly caused from my overloaded LL Bean Deluxe backpack and my awful habit of slouching in chairs. Just get it checked out. It went away over some time when I carried less on my shoulders/back, and tried to sit up straight more often.
