Eating lots of food in general would make that happen as you gain weight. You're better off doing the specialized exercises that focus on those two areas.

Don't be greedy- aim for one or the other, girl. :P To make your butt grow, get an office job and eat lots of junk. To make your breasts bigger, get pregnant.

I'm guessing that you're young? If so, unless you are undernourished and too thin, just wait, your boobs and butt will grow still.

Now, if you are really thin like I was in hi school, Try to eat at least 2 hefty meals everyday without fail and snacks in between. Oh, and it really helped me if I made it routine to eat my evening meals near bedtime. That way, you're not running around burning off all your calories. Your boobs aren't going to get much bigger by doing all these things if you are destined to be small breasted. I tried everything and I am 44, have several children and I still cannot get over 100 lbs. You know, all the things that people don't do who are trying to lose weight? Do All of those things, lol! Have you ever done drugs? What happened?

There are no special pills or foods, but exercises. There's pressing your palms together in fron of your chest as hard as you can for 3 seconds, then release and repeat 10 times. You can do this twice a day. And the for the butt exercise, stand up by a chair and lift your leg behind you until you feel your butt tighten and then raise your leg about an inch more, and go up and down that one inch. and do this 10 times on each leg, for a week and then gradually increase the number of times you do it. Run in place. Get down by a couch on the floor, lay on your side, but half sitting up leaning on the couch and lift your top leg up and down 50 times. Have fun!
