Firstly, you must know how much weight you need to lose. Count your BMI. Say you are over-weight, here are some practical solution i wanna share with you.
If you really don't have time to exercise, try a simple diet. Tomato is a great doctor to your problem. Make sure you eat it 2-3 numbers daily. Tomatoes goes well with a choice of cabbage and potatoes salad. No mayonaise please.
Eat only 1 wholesome meal a day. Drink lots of water. Keep away from junk and snack, i mean totally ( esp. chocolate, ice cream and pringles). Buy a bathroom scale if you have not already done so. Watch your weight going down after a week. Keep the habit until you obtain a satisfying weight.
I lost 15kg in 1 1/2 month by this natural method. It is not only natural but economic. :)
