I have a sinus infection and can't get to the doctor until Thursday. What the best OTC med?

Lots of saline nasal spray, like Ocean brand. You may be too dry to let things drain. Also try breathing in steam through the nose or use humidifier.
On the other hand, if you have lots of drainage try Sudafed Non-Drying. For the headache part if severe, try Motin/Advil. A warm towel from the microwave may help any facial pain. Drinks LOTS of water and be stingy on the amount of dairy, as dairy thinkens the mucus. And sleep on 2 pillows and that may keep you from getting too blocked up. The most effective i have found is sudafed PE. But you need to take it every 4 hours as prescribed.
