OMG--boys should NOT touch them, you need to go to like a trusted teacher or something and tell them cuz that is like reallllly bad sexual harassment. That is just sooo wrong it is indescriabable--I'm serious tell ANYONE you trust that is an adult, cuz that is just BAD!! Also, wear a sports bra, it packs them in so that when you're playing sports they don't move around as much-it makes them look a lot smaller!! When I wear one it looks like I don't even have boobs! First off if boys are touching you that is sexual harassment. If it really bothers you tell your parents. Also, wear a form fitting sports bra along with your regular bra. It may help.

Go to a good specialty bra shop and ask them to help you find a minimizer bra. Minimizer bras help give the impression that you are smaller in size than you rally are!
