Why do my nuts hurt after jump-roping?

Question:

Answers:
Possibly not enough support? Do you usually wear briefs or boxers? Perhaps you should consider tight briefs when jumping rope. Your testicles are held in place by your scrotum and small tendons and ligaments. These are easily damaged and can cause problems. You might toughen them up (the ligaments) by wearing boxers, it takes a while though. Either that or go around naked for a while.

ROTFL!!

First off, if this is happening, you should wear an athletic supporter.

Important note about male physiology is that your testicles and associated nerve endings descend out of the body cavity during fetal development (they originate just beneath your sternum). That's why when there is an impact to the testicles, men feel painfully out of breath.

Same reason why large breasted women feel pain when they run. Strap those things down when you jump.

Hurts bad. Mine always hit the ground every time I jump.
