My glans penis has projections !!??

Question:

My glans penis is rough. It has projections like pimples of which are about 2mm long. They are part of my body and i feel they have sensory nerves just like any other part of the body. Is this normal and what does it mean?

if it is on your shaft you are purfectly fine
if elsewhere it would be a combo of acne, ingrown hair or rash, then it would also be STD's if you had sex

Have they been there all your life, or are they new? If it is something that "just came up" go see your doc. If they've always been there, then don't worry about it.

you might have genital warts. get that looked at, and use condoms in the meantime.
