Make sure you get enough sleep. It varies for everyone but you probably need 8-10 hours of sleep. Take vitamins to make sure you arent low in iron or some other important mineral/vitamin. Then..just do it. Get up.

Cut back on caffeine and start a routine of getting up at the same time and going to bed at the same time. Try to put your alarm somewhere that you have to get out of bed to go and turn it off. Try multiple alarm clocks too.
Substitute an apple for that morning java. An apple is not only healthy, but it has been said that it wakes you up better than coffee!

First things first, go to bed earlier. Then get two alarm clocks, set one for 15mins before you want to get up and set the other one at the time you want to get up and place the second clock across the room, so you have to get up to turn it off.
And don't hit the snooze botton..
I have the same problem with getting up. And since it's easier to give advice than to take it *grin*, I have to agree with the others that the most important thing for you to do is to go to bed early enough that you can get 8 hours or more of sleep. It might be more effective to concentrate on what helps you sleep better rather than what will help you get up. And stressing out is probably making the problem worse!
Cutting out caffeine is hard, but at least stop drinking it when you have less than 5 hours until you need to go to sleep.
If you have a programmable thermostat, setting it to warm up 30 minutes to an hour before your alarm goes off can help.
Doing something you enjoy first thing in the morning may also help.
Of course, I have a sweet husband to snuggle with when the alarm goes off and that makes it harder for me to get out of bed!
