WEll many problems, but I would suggest first consulting your family doctor to make sure you don't have a kidney or bladder infection. He/She may refer you to a nero or orthopaedic doctor for evaluation

Other Answers:
Don't sit constantly, it is not a good thing to do. Sit at a desk, a pc? Stand up and just streatch, walk around the desk or around the chair or in the narrow hall way offices tend to have. Set you watch to go off every 30 mins and get up, go the bathroom and wash your face and hands to refreah yourself. Lean to the right, and hold it for a count of 5 then reverse and do the same on the left side. Twist at the waist as if you are looking around at someone to your left and to your right. Check and see if it's the chair thats the problem. A hard chair is ok for short periods of time but a more cushioned one may be the cure for long periods of time. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids against kidney problems. See your doctor or bone specialist or Chiropractor. Don't let it go on unchecked in any case. If you are over weight or have been putting on weight that could be the culprit. Cut back on food and park farther away from your work if possible. Oh yes, stress can cause you to have all sorts of pain and in the most strange and unusual ways.
