If you are happy with the cut, of course you can tip her, she still did all the work!
you dont have to tip them but they dont have to do a good job either.
Tippy is right.A job well done deserves rewards no matter what. :D
Not true-although owner is still providing you with a service with a tip expectation
you do not tip the owner. you may give a cash gift at the holidays
Always give people a tip, even the owner. They're the one working on your hair, after all.
a good salon owner will still accept tips but pas them onto ther salon co-ordinators..
and thats why my staff loved me hehe
When my mother was in the salon business it was said that it was insulting to offer a salon owner a tip. As a salon owner and stylist, I do accept them. Those who tip extravagantly get special attention. I'm not ashamed to admit it. The quality of my work is the same tip or no tip. I have always sincerely told those who don't tip or can't afford to tip <when they mention it> that if I want more money from them, I'll raise my prices.
