Talk to your doctor hun.they can help you with a medication for cramps or something over the counter may help.I had them all my life and know women who have too.Its normal and part of life hun.If cramps are severe you could have a wedical condition.

No, you are not supposed to. That is a symptom of hormones out of balance. Find a book (any book) by John Lee, MD and you will learn what your body needs and how it can function better.
I had double up and die cramps until I learned about bio-identical hormones. The birth control pills they always put me on never worked. The bio-ientical hormones have made things for me more like a breeze.
I do but it means that you have a hormone inballence.(I think)
