YOu could do electrolysis or laser hair removal. Also, there is a prescription product called "Vaniqa" but it takes a LONG time to work and you still have to shave. It just greatly diminishes hair growth over time. In some people it stops it completely, but you MUST use it continually, no matter what. It is $68 a tube.

No, unfortunately this is a hormonal thing, and you have to see a specialist in the this field to probably give you hormonal replacement drugs. But there are massive side affects, especially if your male.
