i got stressd out and checked myself in to a mental health ward.

for me this depends on where I am when stressd out.at home,I play video games, surf the web,sit an relax,or have a drink.at work,if I'm alone I go outside an scream my lungs out or I just try an laugh it off.

I find myself clenching my teeth, sometimes so hard that I'm surprised they don't break. Then I have to consciously force them apart and keep them that way. Sometimes I have to take paracetamol to relieve the headache it causes and relax my jaw so that I don't end up with a migraine.

exercise
eat
read
sleep.

do yoga.

If I am having a real shocker of a day, I head straight for the dunny (toilet) lift the lid yell and scream as much as I need to , then flush away..I always feel better. But the kids look a bit scared though..LOL

Clean, sleep, throw the headphones on and listen to music. Actually, I do my best writing when I'm stressed.

Relieve myself in a special way

actually if you smile,it seems to trick your brain into thinking you are happy
