Creepy for the most part but I have seen guys with one ear piercing that look sexy. More than one is never sexy on a man.

I'd have to say it depends on where it was pierced and how many he has.
the only piercing i really love is lip, but i can deal with eyebrow, ears and that if its not gross. i dated a guy with his nose pierced in the middle. i would normally hate that, but it looked good on him. i think it depends on the person, and if they can pull it off.
