Which do you think is worse for you - saturated fat or sugar?

Answers:
Pretty much anything we eat turns to sugar.

dairy=lactose
bread=glucose
sugar=sucrose
fruit=fructose

Other Answers:
Saturated fats clog arteries and sugar leads to diabetes, etc in excess.

They are both just as bad.

Sugar is one of the things you can eat - period. Quality saturated fat is, as you seem to know, essential for good health.
