yes of course you can still brush your teeth. It is easier though because they would be in a glass at the side of your bed... my nan put hers in the dishwasher once to see if it would remove stains!!.. it removed all the teeth and she had to drink her food for 2 weeks until a new pair was made lol.
If you are talking about cleaning the gap that is left in your mouth then you could use a bit of toothpaste and rub it on the gums for minty freshness I suppose!!
