Why do I get severe pain throughout my body when I drink alcohol or eat sugar?

Question:

For the past 3 years I have been unable to drink any alcohol and eat a lot of refined sugar, including pasta without having significant shooting pains throughout my body. I have had numerous blood and nerve tests and they show nothing, specifically no diabetes. Has anyone ever heard of such a condition?

Do u have GOUT/ Fibromyalgia?

I have not heard of anything like that but have they done tests on your liver and pancreas (not sure of the spelling?). I know you said they did tests for diabetes, but it sure sounds like that could still play a part.
