"How do you cure religion?"

Answers:
Read books by Dan Brown. The church seems to think it will end religion. That's why they're banning it. And yes, I do believe "delusional" falls under the "mental health" category.

Take an Anthropology Class at your local Community College.
After that take a Philosophy class.. You will come out of both classes questioning everything you ever learned about religion.

Develop a strong mind capable of disecting the arugments and seeing things as they are. Break free of the control. Understand that morality and sprituallity are important not Dogma. We don't need to do things the way they did things in the past. To quote Emerson "the foregoing generations beheld God and nature face to face; we, through their eyes. Why should not we also enjoy an original relation to the universe? Why should not we have a poetry and philosophy of insight and not of tradition, and a religion by revelation to us, and not the history of theirs?" We should cure religoin of what it has become by instilling in the masses the responsiblity for their own liberation.

For you or someone else? I think it is usually a matter of brainwashing, having such a weak mind that you can not think for yourself. That is why I am what you call a New Age Ecclectic Wiccan because Wicca is the religion I most identify with but I don't agree with everything or wish to be grouped.
