I don't think anyone really agrees on how or why it starts. It's sometimes a feeling of pervasive exhaustion. Other times it's paired with things like depression and phantom pain ( when you have unexplainable and moving pains throughout your body, usually the joints). Some people think it has links to conditions like lupus or rheumatiod arthritis. Some people think i'ts genetic.It's funny because a lot of doctors don't even belive it's a real thing, and it can be really hard to diagnose.
