I never kept track of how much weight I lost in two weeks. but to lose it, I did the SlimFast thing, excersised everyday, didn't eat junk food, fatty foods, soda and I had small portions at dinner/breakfast/lunch whenever I didn't drink a Slimfast. It worked for me. I was 139, then I got down to 113 in about 2-3 months I wanna say.

Rapid weight loss is not the answer an harms your body, the most weight I have lost is 40kg over several months and I did it by removing excess carbs, those from refined processed foods, drank a lot of water and walked daily. Water is the key, small meals and exercise, this should give a steady and permanent weight loss.

Well in two weeks I lost 10 lbs By drinking lots of water and watching my carbs Also exercise makes all that fat just disappear Hope I helped :)

i exercised 3 times a day 5 days a week
- indoor cycle class at 5am at my local gym
- upper body weight lifting at lunch
- another cycle class at the gym in the evening (or if my legs felt like lead wights i would just do some crunches and jump rope)

eat 5-6 LITTLE meals a day and dinner make sure to eat something with ALOT of protein, like tuna and rice, don't forget the veggies! (also try a health shake with protien supplements, that helps with my recovery rate so i can do the gym so many times a week.)

i used to weigh 270lbs (pure blubber!)
now 7 months later i weigh 205lbs, and still trying to lose a few more inches, i stoped counting pounds, my goal is to get my waist below 34inches, (was 44")

and i promise myself since i have worked so freak'n hard at this that i will KEEP this weight off!

I have lost 10 pounds in a week by eating less, and eating healthy foods like salads. I also started lifting weights which boosts your metabolism and that helps too. I lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks!

I lost 30kg in 3 weeks I was sick and had terrible foods allergies I could only keep down fruit and water and a dry rice cracker
