That question is almost impossible to answer with out knowing your age, height, wieght and family history, but I personally don't beleive a person should be so concerned about calorie counting. My suggestion would be to put yourself on a regular exercise plan, and eat as healthy as you can. Don't get fanatical about it because that can cause a great deal of stress, and stress causes a vast majority of people to put on weight that is very difficult to get off again.
